Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Southampton
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile organisation in their Head Office within Payroll.

Duties will include: 

  • Working to deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage payroll enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining payroll legislative knowledge for UK, Irish, Offshore and Expats
  • Process all payroll transactions including contract changes, weekly timesheets, attendance and overtime
  • Checking and processing annual salary reviews
  • Provide professional support to the managers

The successful Senior Payroll Administrator will have: 

  • Proven payroll experience including manual calculations and an understanding of payroll procedures
  • Exposure of working within International/European payroll markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential
  • A relevant accounting and/or payroll qualification would be an advantage
