Barna-Shields Recruitment was established in July 1995 and is a truly independent business. Our long serving, dedicated team of professionals have established a business built on honesty, integrity and quality of service to both our jobseeker candidates and our clients companies.
Much of our success is attributed to the fact that the founders have remained ‘hands on’ in the day to day running of the business and we are all continually aware that our good reputation and commitment to ‘getting it right’ is paramount to the continued success of the company.
Because we are independent we can tailor make our service to individual client specific requirements.
We are committed to listening to both job seekers and employers alike. This is achieved by conducting thorough interviews with candidates, and by visiting our clients to begin to learn and understand the business and culture of their organisations.
