  • Ensuring you receive clear and accurate information about our services from the outset. We will always be transparent in our dealings with you, there will be no nasty surprises, everything is set out from the word “Go”. We believe honesty is always the best policy.
  • Complying with all relevant legislation, statutory and non-statutory requirements and Home Office guidelines. This means that we minimise your risks by ensuring the recruitment process is fully compliant with the industry regulations and the process is conducted in a fair and transparent way.   • Thorough screening of candidates. Without exception, we will always meet and interview all candidates face to face, prior to submitting their information to a client. We will always gain the candidate’s consent before doing so, as is required by law.

We carry out general aptitude assessments and test keyboard skills during our registration process. All temporary staff are then fully referenced and we will only consider submitting a candidate’s information to our clients once we are fully satisfied with the outcome of our screening process.
